I'm passionate about interlacing mindset health with the corporate industry.
I provide mindset solutions to improve employee experience and wellbeing so companies can thrive; to cultivate resilience, unlock creativity and activate inner calm, regardless of the situation so you can experience fulfillment. I've directly experienced the dynamics of over 35 agencies and in-house organisations.
I understand the challenges leaders face in terms of giving their teams the support needed to navigate demanding industries. Being able to course correct your mindset in the moment, to seize uncertainty, to be able to come up with creative solutions and inspire an inclusive, collaborate culture is a fundamental to success.Â
Having had the privilege of working with many of the greats including Google, Microsoft, Unilever, Diageo, Nestle, Ford Motor Company, P&G and Ogilvy, IÂ draw upon my experience of leading data-driven pieces of business, to create a unique, fresh model which combines mindset health, typical challenges and data. This meets the needs of employees as well as organisations who prioritise employee wellbeing.Â
My direct experience of many company cultures gives me unique insights into the core issues within organisations. I know what the issues are and this inspired me to create a mindset offering so everyone can benefit from sustainable, emotional stability, resilience and creativity….effectively creating a harmonious work space.
